Mediterranian Shrimp with Spinach and Goat Cheese, Stuffed Tomatoes, and Balsamic Glazed Asparagus. This will probably be split into 2 or 3 blog posts with recipes to kind of spread things out now that I'm camera-less.

I've more or less decided on a Canon Rebel XS, but it will still be a while before I can save the money for one so I'm still very open to suggestions :) For the Mother's Day Dinner pics I used my mom's new camera, which I believe is this one by GE. It was a pretty nice camera, but I think I'll still opt for the Canon.
Anyways.
